signs: Golden Bull

Golden Bull

It's currently home to Awaken Cafe, but not for much longer. They're in the process of moving across Broadway; the move is currently scheduled to be completed at the end of September. Then maybe I'll get to see the rest of the Golden Bull sign. Though it's doubtful it's a great as the requisite drink glass.

I'm confused. Is Awaken Cafe near the new Bakesale Betty's? I wonder if Bakesale Betty has their sign up yet. Wonder if they can post a sign. Have you seen that horrid new sign the refurbished Walgreens put up on Foothill. I keep meaning to take a picture of it and send it to codes and see if that is legal. Old signs - YES. New big blinking bulby signs with scrolling text - no.

Awaken Cafe (and the Golden Bull sign) is down on 14th St. The new Bakesale Betty's is Broadway near Grand and 22nd St.

The new Awaken Cafe will be around the corner from its current location, on Broadway, near 15th St.

I was past that Walgreen's last week during the day, but I didn't take particular note of the sign. Maybe it wasn't running yet.
