Great and wonderful pictures. I know exactly where that old gas station is. Photo #3. I wish it could be renovated into a coffee drive through. It is a wonderful old building. I keep imagining that it's condemned though because of the underground tanks.
The cost of gas tank cleanup is substantial. The site is doomed to sit empty for a long while until it's cost-effective to develop, awesome building or no.
